Description

Cornish Pilot Gigs 'Bonnet' and 'Treffry' at Steven Brabyn's yard in Padstow where they underwent a complete refit. Both were built by the Peters family of St Mawes – 'Bonnet' c1830 and 'Treffry' in 1838. All modern Cornish Pilot Gigs are based on the ‘Treffry’.
