Cornish Pilot Gigs taking part in the World Pilot Gig Championship on the Isles of Scilly including 'Helford' built in 1995 by Ralph Bird of Devoran, 'Roscarrock' built in 2005 by Peter Williams of Bodinnick, ‘Torrent’ built in 2006 also by Peter Williams, 'Teign Spirit' built in 2000 by Brian Pomeroy of Dartmouth, ‘Irene’ built in 2002 by Mashfords of Torpoint and ‘Volante’ built in 1997 again by Brian Pomeroy.
