Description
David George interviews Nick Maxted, Chairman of Falmouth Gig Club during the World Pilot Gig Championships. David asks him what he remembers from the first World Championships and he says that in the first one there was a maximum of eighteen or nineteen boats and he was keen to take part. Nowadays the training is more intense than then and Falmouth Club treat rowing very seriously, both on and off the water.
