Description

Cornish Pilot Gig ‘Treffry’ built in 1838 by the Peters family of St Mawes on which all modern Cornish Pilot Gigs are based, taking part in the ‘Moreland Trophy’ Race at Newquay. The crew are 1- Gerald Northey, 2 – Godfrey Pearce, 3 – Les Dunlop, 4 – Bob Broderick, 5 – Ron Eglington, 6 – Gary Eglington and Mike Morris (Cox).
