She talks about her family being an old established Coverack family called Jane, about the original ‘Rose’ after which their existing boat is named and the history of Cadgwith Rowing Club and it links with Newquay Rowing Club. She explains the origins of ‘Buller Day’ and the ‘Buller Cup’ race between Cadgwith and Newquay Clubs.
